My mother sent me flowers out of the blue the other day. I called her up to find out what was going on, and she told me that she suddenly realized that she had a wonderful daughter. I almost wish there was a camera there to catch the expression on my face. The note on the card had your name on it, but that's not why I'm giving you feedback. You probably don't know exactly what happens to your flowers after their get received. Well, they're sitting on my kitchen table right now, two months after I received them. Two months! There is one thing that people should know before they order from your website. Those flowers that you deliver last a long, long time. I admit I have a problem about this. I am out of control. Flowers sent to people as get well presents who have nothing but a common cold. In almost all cases, the flowers last much longer than the illness. But it's so easy and it makes everyone feel so much better, even when they're feeling miserable. This year's flu season wasn't quite as bad as last year, but still many people got flowers from me just because they weren't feeling well. If I could give one piece of advice to people looking for a reputable flower delivery company, it would be not to be fooled by the superficial look of the website. There are a lot of flower companies affiliated with FTD or that have a number of arrangements to choose from. But the only way you can tell who is good and who is not so good is to try them yourself. And if you're like me, you have neither the time nor the money for that. So I took a look around your website - in addition to some other companies - and I saw your testimonials page. The reports were glowing. It wasn't just the normal "satisfaction" type customer comments. The people you call customers actually seem to feel like you're a part of their lives, which is very telling for a potential customer like me. I'm here to let everyone else know that what other people are saying is true. Everything is done deceptively professionally. I say that because you really feel like you're treated like a part of something like a family, even though everything that you do is in the name of business.
