You have my undying admiration for being a company that does what it promises. Every claim you made was and is true. I was a doubter at first, but all my doubts were dispelled this last Christmas, when I hesitantly made a huge order (over $1000) of flower displays, arrangements, and bouquets for the company Christmas party. It's a small company, so I wasn't sure if it would just add to the frivolity of the occasion or if it would be worth it in terms of employee cohesion. Well, it turned out to be both. For the first time in nine years, we did not have any turnover the first six months of the year following the Christmas party. I don't know if it was because we were throwing lousy parties before, or if it was a coincidence or what. The flowers I sent to my son and daughter-in-law for a congratulations on purchasing a new house actually got there. I mistakenly sent them to the new house address without thinking about escrow and even move-in time. I couldn't be there in person because I'm overseas, so I had to suffer through a night of thinking, "what did I forget?" It didn't hit me until my son called to say they were very appreciative of the flowers I sent. It was then that I remembered giving the wrong address on the form, and I became more confused because they actually got delivered to the right place.
