I like that you have a world-wide reach with your delivery services. Being hooked into FTD couldn't hurt with that, right? I work with people all over the world, so it's important that I get whatever to wherever. If that means going with a different package delivery company than I use for domestic because it's more convenient, then fine. But I find that I don't do that with the gifts that I send, normally flowers. I notice that I use you folks wherever I need to send something. I guess I fell into the habit when I realized that you have handled every order I've ever thrown at you with grace and capability. I simply love all the choices that you have. I like that you have other things besides just flowers, like plants and FTD baskets of gift foods. That's good choices right there. I don't know what the fuss is all about when flowers are delivered on-time. I read through some of your testimonials, and it seems like people are grateful when a company actually does what it says it's going to do. Well, I'm not buying into it. Delivering flowers is delivering flowers, and for that your company should be at the very most proud of accomplishing what you set out to do. I don't believe what just happened. I sent flowers to my sister, who was on a business trip across the country. She e-mailed me that she won a big account, so I sent her a congratulations present. Little did I know she checked out early and was already back home! I have never in my life been contacted by a delivery company to tell me that the person I sent a gift to had checked out and would I like to send it to where they are now! The first time I ever received roses, I was still in high school. It was exciting and frightening all at the same time to get them from a boy. You know, I still get that same little twinge when my husband brings or sends me flowers. Don't take this the wrong way, but where he gets them from doesn't matter much to me. Thank you for getting the flowers to the right place at the right time. My cousin told me that some flowers went to the house, and some went to the funeral home, and one went to the hospital, even after my uncle had died. Sometimes it seems like my children have all left me for their better lives in other places. At least they find time to let me know they are doing OK. I have been receiving flowers on my birthday and the American Mother's Day for several years. That is a nice custom I think. I noticed of late that the flowers that are coming seem brighter and cheerier, and I ask my children what's changed all of a sudden? They tell me they are using this new website.
