After my last order from you I realized that I normally go to three grocery stores to get all the food for my family, four different drug stores, at least two departments stores for appliances, and we have a rotation of five or six different restaurants we go to and are happy with. If I could give one piece of advice to people looking for a reputable flower delivery company, it would be not to be fooled by the superficial look of the website. There are a lot of flower companies affiliated with FTD or that have a number of arrangements to choose from. But the only way you can tell who is good and who is not so good is to try them yourself. And if you're like me, you have neither the time nor the money for that. So I took a look around your website - in addition to some other companies - and I saw your testimonials page. The reports were glowing. It wasn't just the normal "satisfaction" type customer comments. The people you call customers actually seem to feel like you're a part of their lives, which is very telling for a potential customer like me. I'm here to let everyone else know that what other people are saying is true. Everything is done deceptively professionally. I say that because you really feel like you're treated like a part of something like a family, even though everything that you do is in the name of business. My fiancee and his friends, for some odd reason, decided to take a cross-country trip to California and back. Just to remind him why he's coming back, I decided to send flowers to him at each of their stops along the way. I sent a total of eight bouquets of yellow flowers, four over and four back. I know it completely embarrassed him in front of his friends, but I figured if he was able to withstand them for that amount of time in that situation, he was the right guy. He was the right guy. There are two reasons I don’t order online. I’m always afraid I’ll click on the wrong thing, and something will get sent to an unsuspecting family in Siberia. And I don’t trust someone I can’t see. I have to say that your staff was able to handle an old curmudgeon like me who’s afraid of computers. My wife’s anniversary flowers arrived without a hitch. Valentine's Day has special significance in our house because it was the day that we closed escrow six years ago. It was a very trying time, trying to sell a house and buy a house at the same time.
