I know you can't see it, but there's a big smile on my face because I finally got my father to break his long silence to my brother. They haven't seen eye to eye for years and have spoken in at least that long. The first time I ever received roses, I was still in high school. It was exciting and frightening all at the same time to get them from a boy.
