There's one thing I've found about sending flowers. It has to be the right ones at the right time. There is a general understanding about what kinds of flowers mean what, so when I send red roses, I want it to mean love, and when I send white roses, I want it to mean friendship. My father died after a long bout with cancer. I wasn’t in the right frame of mind to make any sort of arrangements, so my husband did most of them. Your flowers were a hit! I got several baskets as centerpieces for a Thanksgiving themed office party. I know you can't see it, but there's a big smile on my face because I finally got my father to break his long silence to my brother.
