A good way to tell if you're doing a good job is if you have repeat customers. I am what you might call an "extreme" repeat customer. It would be wonderful if we all got the wedding of our dreams, but alas, where I wanted to married at the botanical gardens, my father's budget dictated that we get married at the Elks Lodge. The flowers I sent to my son and daughter-in-law for a congratulations on purchasing a new house actually got there. I mistakenly sent them to the new house address without thinking about escrow and even move-in time. I've often found myself only using FTD for sending flowers just because they seem to be very reputable, and I've never had any problems.
