It's much easier to be able to order flowers when the mood strikes, from a reputable retailer like yourself, than it is to make a conscious effort to go down to a florist in a shop and order something from them. I've often found myself only using FTD for sending flowers just because they seem to be very reputable, and I've never had any problems.
