Two of my best friends in the world died this year. We're all getting on, and our families are taking care of us more and more. I just wanted to thank you for being as professional as you are about something many people find superficial and extraneous. The way my family celebrates Christmas, you would think it was Festivus. My dad always tries to challenge someone to wrestle and we have a tinsel lined pole in the back yard that I used to practice tetherball on. I don't know if my parents have developed a sense of humor or we're all really warped. I found out that the person in our family who normally orders the flowers (from you) had asked someone else to do it this time, and he ordered from someone else. I've often found myself only using FTD for sending flowers just because they seem to be very reputable, and I've never had any problems.
