I would like to thank you for the flowers that you send to my brother. He works in a big building in Santiago that has usually a lot of delivering mistakes. I was very worried about the flowers that I sent to him. But the person on the phone assured me it would be OK. I was still worried. My mother sent me flowers out of the blue the other day. I called her up to find out what was going on, and she told me that she suddenly realized that she had a wonderful daughter.
