Good gracious! Just about everything went wrong with my sister's wedding. I like that you can add extras to the arrangements you send for a reasonable charge. I sent the Butterfly Basket and added a balloon onto it for my best friend's birthday. OK. I have to tell someone about this. I was in the running for a good job at a reputable company.
