I had never gone past all of these business appropriate arrangements, so it was interesting to see what the differences were for the bouquets that are a bit more romantic. Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. These are the best flowers I've ever sent, and I've sent quite a few. I hear this from my family all the time because I like to send flowers. "When are you going to give us flowers next?" is something I hear from my mother. My Mother! She's soliciting gifts because she likes them so much, and how they make her house look.
