My business, at bottom, is about persuasion, and if my persuasive powers are undermined by a poorly delivered PR gift, then I look bad, which makes you look bad. I have a long list of people that I like to give stuff to, and it's the best way to keep stay connected with my friends from high school. I admit I was nervous about ordering from an Internet company. But everything turned out OK. Better than OK, actually.
