No one ever listens to me. I tell them to order from you guys, but do they listen? They do not. I order flowers and gifts from you guys all the time, and I’ve never had occasion to be dissatisfied. By contrast, those people who don’t listen to me seem like they’re constantly complaining about how this delivery or that had some problem with it (wrong color, wrong flowers, bad quality, etc.). I decided to be audacious this year and send my boyfriend, who is in Peru with his family for the moment, a series of flower bouquets. One a day for a week until his birthday. The reason it was so audacious is that his family is in the florist business and use FTD every day. Sometimes it seems like my children have all left me for their better lives in other places. At least they find time to let me know they are doing OK. I have been receiving flowers on my birthday and the American Mother's Day for several years. That is a nice custom I think.
