If there was one thing I would suggest that you change it's the pictures on your website. You need more vivid colors and more impressive foliage. The truly fantastic flowers that my parents get from you (from me) aren't really represented by the pictures on your website. I like the idea of the FTD Gift Basket because it means that I can send something truly wonderful without having to make any strenuous choices about what to send.
