I love that you have all those geographical locations on your website. Do you use FTD? Oh, Duh... I just noticed that you did. I've often found myself only using FTD for sending flowers just because they seem to be very reputable, and I've never had any problems. If there was one thing I would suggest that you change it's the pictures on your website. You need more vivid colors and more impressive foliage. The truly fantastic flowers that my parents get from you (from me) aren't really represented by the pictures on your website.
