A good way to tell if you're doing a good job is if you have repeat customers. I am what you might call an "extreme" repeat customer. Sometimes it seems like my children have all left me for their better lives in other places. At least they find time to let me know they are doing OK. I just wanted to say that the bouquet I ordered for my parents’ anniversary arrived right on time and touched my mother to tears.
