I have dealt with certain delivery companies before who could not handle a slight discrepancy in the address with any smarts at all. It seems like if two numbers in a zipcode are transposed, it stops them in their tracks and they delay a couple days and charge you half again as much. I admit that I sometimes get zipcodes wrong. My memory isn’t what it used to be. But someone over there recognized the mistake I made on a flower delivery and it didn’t slow them down a whit. I knew I could trust you! I had the misfortune to be able to order a funeral arrangement from you. Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? If there was one thing I would suggest that you change it's the pictures on your website. You need more vivid colors and more impressive foliage. The truly fantastic flowers that my parents get from you (from me) aren't really represented by the pictures on your website.
