Every year, I've sent my wife roses for Valentine's Day. This year, I decided to do send something different. You know, just because. I still sent all red flowers, but just not roses. I knew she would like them, but I didn't know she would be so thrilled with them. She said it showed that I didn't do things on autopilot, that I actually thought about the present. Who knew? After my last order from you I realized that I normally go to three grocery stores to get all the food for my family, four different drug stores, at least two departments stores for appliances, and we have a rotation of five or six different restaurants we go to and are happy with. No one ever listens to me. I tell them to order from you guys, but do they listen? They do not. I order flowers and gifts from you guys all the time, and I’ve never had occasion to be dissatisfied. By contrast, those people who don’t listen to me seem like they’re constantly complaining about how this delivery or that had some problem with it (wrong color, wrong flowers, bad quality, etc.).
