I have a story I want to tell you. I met my husband when we were both on separate trips through Italy. We had a whirlwind romance for about two weeks, and it was the best time in my life. This was thirty years ago. I hadn’t seen him in all that time. Well, about a month ago, I get a gift of flowers from him. Your flowers. And I realized that day was the anniversary of when we met all those years ago. He had been trying to find me all this time. We were both divorced, and we had another whirlwind romance. I don't know what the fuss is all about when flowers are delivered on-time. I read through some of your testimonials, and it seems like people are grateful when a company actually does what it says it's going to do. Well, I'm not buying into it. Delivering flowers is delivering flowers, and for that your company should be at the very most proud of accomplishing what you set out to do. I wish someone had told me about you earlier. I don’t like talking about this, but the flowers at my grandmother’s funeral last year were unnecessarily gaudy. She didn’t like a big show, and I always thought she would have disapproved of them. Unfortunately, my mother died this year. I just wanted to say that the bouquet I ordered for my parents’ anniversary arrived right on time and touched my mother to tears. It was a special order of white and yellow rosebuds, which my dad used to give to her every Saturday when they were dating.
