No one ever listens to me. I tell them to order from you guys, but do they listen? They do not. I order flowers and gifts from you guys all the time, and I’ve never had occasion to be dissatisfied. Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. My mother sent me flowers out of the blue the other day. I called her up to find out what was going on, and she told me that she suddenly realized that she had a wonderful daughter. I almost wish there was a camera there to catch the expression on my face. The note on the card had your name on it, but that's not why I'm giving you feedback. After an extended stay in the States, I am prepared to say that I like China better. This is not to say that I would not enjoy a life over there.
