I read through some of your testimonials, and it seems like people are grateful when a company actually does what it says it's going to do. Well, I'm not buying into it. Delivering flowers is delivering flowers, and for that your company should be at the very most proud of accomplishing what you set out to do. I was always under the impression that it would somehow "mean more" if I were to do that in person at a flower shop. That might be unfair because they're in business to sell flowers, but still, that's how I felt.
