I have dealt with certain delivery companies before who could not handle a slight discrepancy in the address with any smarts at all. It seems like if two numbers in a zipcode are transposed, it stops them in their tracks and they delay a couple days and charge you half again as much. I admit that I sometimes get zipcodes wrong. My memory isn’t what it used to be. But someone over there recognized the mistake I made on a flower delivery and it didn’t slow them down a whit. I wish I knew who it was, because I would thank them from an old woman, so I’m saying thank you to you for possibly training your flower delivery people that way.(Bonita R. , Houma LA )

I like all the flowers that I can send to all my family. I can send them to the USA and I can send them to everywhere inside Argentina. Unlike many people here, I am doing OK because of my business, but I am not that OK that I can go out and buy the florist. I don't get around as much as I used to. Let me explain. I am now in a wheelchair because of a degenerative disease. I find that I am relying more and more on Internet services to help me do day-to-day things. I have used a good number of online flower delivery sites, but yours is clearly the best. You have an advantage in the layout and usability of your website and also of the selection you have for people to choose from. I also noticed that you tend to be a bit faster than other places. I tried one of those cut rate (pardon the pun) online flower delivery sites, and I now know there is a reason they are so cut rate. I don't exactly know how this all works, but I'm convinced now that it makes a difference who you decide to use when you order flowers, after getting more than one order screwed up.
