Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I’ve tried lots of different flower delivery companies to send bunches to my family in Hong Kong. Though it has been largely hit-and-miss, I thought you should know that your flowers were most definitely a hit. This is most exciting for myself, who has been so far unable to impress the people back home. This may have done it. Maybe now they will stop asking about when their daughter is going to settle down. I don't know what I was thinking. I like to wander around when I go shopping, and the other day I happened into a florist, who had a special on a spring arrangement of irises and tulips. Though I often use your services for flower delivery, I was taken in by the price, and I sent some to my friend in Vancouver because she's going through a rough time right now. Well, I think you spoiled me for flowers, because I got a call from her when they arrived. She's didn't say anything bad about it, but I could tell from the tone in her voice that they weren't exactly glowing with radiance. Hmmmm, I thought. About a month later, things were still bad for her, so I decided to use you to send them (because I happened to be at home when I thought of it). The results were telling. Good gracious! Just about everything went wrong with my sister's wedding. It was her third marriage, and I don't know what she was expecting mixing her dogs in the ceremony with the swans in a makeshift pool. It might have been funnier if I wasn't trying to hold it all together. Maybe I'll laugh about it someday.
