A good way to tell if you're doing a good job is if you have repeat customers. I am what you might call an "extreme" repeat customer. No one ever listens to me. I tell them to order from you guys, but do they listen? They do not. I order flowers and gifts from you guys all the time, and I’ve never had occasion to be dissatisfied.
