Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. Your flowers are always so lovely. I had to ask my sister-in-law where she got the amazing florist specialties for a recent funeral. She’s been sending flowers and plants to everyone for a while now, and I’ve never thought to ask where they were from. The funeral did. She wasn’t even really a relative.
