Some genius put me in charge of the flowers for the funeral of one of my classmates. I don’t mean to sound like it wasn’t a big deal, but I was surprised at how easy it was to just choose something that looked good and have it delivered. I never would have guessed that one small gift of a houseplant would make such a difference in our relationship.
