My confession is this: you weren't my first choice for sending flowers, but you were recommended by my assistant, who I guess had had a good experience. I wouldn't have even told you about this, but my initial hesitation was based on the my experience with other Internet delivery companies. Valentine's Day is one of those days where if you have someone to send flowers to, you're happy, but if you don't then you aren't.
