A good way to tell if you're doing a good job is if you have repeat customers. I am what you might call an "extreme" repeat customer. I have a story I want to tell you. I met my husband when we were both on separate trips through Italy. We had a whirlwind romance for about two weeks, and it was the best time in my life.
