There are two reasons I don’t order online. I’m always afraid I’ll click on the wrong thing, and something will get sent to an unsuspecting family in Siberia. And I don’t trust someone I can’t see. I have to say that your staff was able to handle an old curmudgeon like me who’s afraid of computers. My wife’s anniversary flowers arrived without a hitch. It's much easier to be able to order flowers when the mood strikes, from a reputable retailer like yourself, than it is to make a conscious effort to go down to a florist in a shop and order something from them.
