It's absolutely lovely that a Brit who lives in Brazil can send flowers to Australia from an American company. This is a brave new world we live in, and I, for one, absolutely love this part of it. Friends of mine sometimes tell me they feel overwhelmed by all of the options and information they have available to them. But I find that there are distinct benefits to living at this time in history, like FTD for example. It would be wonderful if we all got the wedding of our dreams, but alas, where I wanted to married at the botanical gardens, my father's budget dictated that we get married at the Elks Lodge. I'm not complaining, really. In fact, it worked out perfectly and everything went off without a hitch -- so I've been told. I understand you folks did the flowers and I wanted to tell you how well they all went over. I've been to weddings, and the flowers all seem to be in the background because they're so expected. I don’t know who else to tell, so I’ll tell you. Our son was killed in Iraq this past year. The conflicting emotions I feel about this are unbearable. We were so distraught that we left most of the arrangements to my brother. He had the good sense to order the flower stands from you. which I never would have thought made a difference. My brother has never been one to display heartfelt emotion, but I felt it when those flowers were next to my son’s civilian coffin at the funeral home. I like that you have a world-wide reach with your delivery services. Being hooked into FTD couldn't hurt with that, right? I work with people all over the world, so it's important that I get whatever to wherever. If that means going with a different package delivery company than I use for domestic because it's more convenient, then fine. But I find that I don't do that with the gifts that I send, normally flowers. I notice that I use you folks wherever I need to send something. I guess I fell into the habit when I realized that you have handled every order I've ever thrown at you with grace and capability.
