My mother sent me flowers out of the blue the other day. I called her up to find out what was going on, and she told me that she suddenly realized that she had a wonderful daughter. I almost wish there was a camera there to catch the expression on my face. The note on the card had your name on it, but that's not why I'm giving you feedback. You probably don't know exactly what happens to your flowers after their get received. Well, they're sitting on my kitchen table right now, two months after I received them. Two months! How come when I order from you folks I always seem to get things that are better than anyone else? The wonder of flowers! My neighbor and I had been feuding for months, ever since my sycamore allegedly dropped all of its leaves onto their vegetable garden. It escalated from there, and one point the common fence was on fire. (Don't ask.) Anyway, my wife of all people, sent them flowers and then boom, it was over. What a great idea to pair sunflowers and yellow roses. I never would have thought of that. It's much easier to be able to order flowers when the mood strikes, from a reputable retailer like yourself, than it is to make a conscious effort to go down to a florist in a shop and order something from them. I don't trust any flower shop that doesn't use FTD. I also don't trust any flower shop that messes up an order, no matter how small or big. My business, at bottom, is about persuasion, and if my persuasive powers are undermined by a poorly delivered PR gift, then I look bad, which makes you look bad.
