Unlike many people here, I am doing OK because of my business, but I am not that OK that I can go out and buy the florist. How great was Mother's Day this year? I sent two, count 'em, two sets of roses to my mother this time. My uncle's death was very hard on my cousin, his daughter. I'm glad I was able to give her a little indication that there were people in the world who cared about her and what she was going through. The first time I ever received roses, I was still in high school. It was exciting and frightening all at the same time to get them from a boy. You know, I still get that same little twinge when my husband brings or sends me flowers. Don't take this the wrong way, but where he gets them from doesn't matter much to me.
