I admit I was nervous about ordering from an Internet company. But everything turned out OK. Better than OK, actually. I'm telling you this because the flower arrangement that I sent to my mother is still going strong after all these weeks. She has called me just about every other day since then. To tell you the truth, I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. But she mentions the flowers every time. They're just so impressive. I’ve tried lots of different flower delivery companies to send bunches to my family in Hong Kong. Though it has been largely hit-and-miss, I thought you should know that your flowers were most definitely a hit. This is most exciting for myself, who has been so far unable to impress the people back home. This may have done it. Maybe now they will stop asking about when their daughter is going to settle down. If I could give one piece of advice to people looking for a reputable flower delivery company, it would be not to be fooled by the superficial look of the website. There are a lot of flower companies affiliated with FTD or that have a number of arrangements to choose from. But the only way you can tell who is good and who is not so good is to try them yourself. And if you're like me, you have neither the time nor the money for that. So I took a look around your website - in addition to some other companies - and I saw your testimonials page. The reports were glowing. It wasn't just the normal "satisfaction" type customer comments. The people you call customers actually seem to feel like you're a part of their lives, which is very telling for a potential customer like me. I'm here to let everyone else know that what other people are saying is true. Everything is done deceptively professionally. I say that because you really feel like you're treated like a part of something like a family, even though everything that you do is in the name of business. The "Burst of Joy" bouquet of flowers is really something. My aunt Leslie just about started laughing when she saw it because it's so big and bold and colorful. She fawned over it, even though we've never been close.
