Every April, I dread having to pick a gift for my mother on Mother's Day. She's so impossible to gift. She hates to go out to restaurants and she doesn't like jewelry (that she never nears). Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time.
