I was a little stressed about it being such a time crunch and my credit card problem, and I yelled at your customer service person. I apologize. We weren't able to see the flower arrangements we sent for our daughter's graduation from law school in person, but it was with great pride that we received the images over e-mail and saw how happy she was, with her friends and the family that was there.
