I like that you can add extras to the arrangements you send for a reasonable charge. I sent the Butterfly Basket and added a balloon onto it for my best friend's birthday. You have to tell me your secret. How come my delivery of flowers arrived right on time when others didn't arrive at all? I assume we all used FTD affiliated places, but only I used you.
