Here in France, they celebrate Mother's Day at the end of the month in May instead of in the middle, so I have to remember to keep on my toes around April. I was so sick to hear of my sister-in-law's mother. She died of emphysema. It wasn't exactly unexpected, but it was still a shock to the family. My brother has taken it a bit hard also.
