I’ve ordered white long-stemmed roses every year for my mom & dad’s anniversary. This year was their 40th, so I decided to do something extra & different. I didn’t exactly know what that might be, but it had to be something special. I was dead set against the frivolity of having flowers at my father’s funeral. He detested frivolous things of any kind.
