I have dealt with certain delivery companies before who could not handle a slight discrepancy in the address with any smarts at all. It seems like if two numbers in a zipcode are transposed, it stops them in their tracks and they delay a couple days and charge you half again as much. I admit that I sometimes get zipcodes wrong. My memory isn’t what it used to be. But someone over there recognized the mistake I made on a flower delivery and it didn’t slow them down a whit. I wish I knew who it was, because I would thank them from an old woman, so I’m saying thank you to you for possibly training your flower delivery people that way.(Bonita R. , Houma LA )

Too many times, I've found myself sitting at home on the computer instead of outside enjoying the landscape and the people. I've found that if I think about the people in my life back in the US that I want to keep in my life, I have more ability to meet new people and experience new things. That's the whole reason why I took this job, was to experience a different culture. I want to let you know that you help me doing that, even if that's a selfish reason for sending flowers, it helps me think of the people that I want to keep in my life for when I go back, whenever that might be. What a great idea to pair sunflowers and yellow roses. I never would have thought of that. I forwarded a couple of those to a house I was trying to sell, and I got more comments on them than I did on the gorgeous stained-glass window over the entryway. I’ve tried lots of different flower delivery companies to send bunches to my family in Hong Kong. Though it has been largely hit-and-miss, I thought you should know that your flowers were most definitely a hit. This is most exciting for myself, who has been so far unable to impress the people back home. This may have done it. Maybe now they will stop asking about when their daughter is going to settle down.
