I started using you for flowers and gifts when I was in the U.S. Now that I'm overseas, I'm glad that I can still use you for the same things. It's almost as if I never left, except people speak a foreign language here. I guess I'm the one speaking a foreign language here, but you get the idea. There is one thing that people should know before they order from your website. Those flowers that you deliver last a long, long time. The rosebuds that I sent to my mother for her birthday were still around by the time my father's birthday came around. I like that you have a world-wide reach with your delivery services. Being hooked into FTD couldn't hurt with that, right? I work with people all over the world, so it's important that I get whatever to wherever. If that means going with a different package delivery company than I use for domestic because it's more convenient, then fine. But I find that I don't do that with the gifts that I send, normally flowers. I notice that I use you folks wherever I need to send something. I would like to thank you for the flowers that you send to my brother. He works in a big building in Santiago that has usually a lot of delivering mistakes. I was very worried about the flowers that I sent to him. But the person on the phone assured me it would be OK. I was still worried. The way my family celebrates Christmas, you would think it was Festivus.
