Here in France, they celebrate Mother's Day at the end of the month in May instead of in the middle, so I have to remember to keep on my toes around April. It seems strange to me that here in the tropics it can be trouble to find some kinds of flowers. But it's just like up there in the US with tropical flowers. Sometimes you need cold weather to grow some of these varieties of roses and asters. It's interesting the differences that climate makes.
