There are two reasons I don’t order online. I’m always afraid I’ll click on the wrong thing, and something will get sent to an unsuspecting family in Siberia. And I don’t trust someone I can’t see. I have to say that your staff was able to handle an old curmudgeon like me who’s afraid of computers. My wife’s anniversary flowers arrived without a hitch. I appreciate that in the flower world FTD is like the phone company, so every florist has to use it. But I'd like to say that I think you guys are different. Because of some credit card issues, I used more than one flower delivery company to order some accent flowers for a Christmas family celebration. If there was one thing I would suggest that you change it's the pictures on your website. You need more vivid colors and more impressive foliage. The truly fantastic flowers that my parents get from you (from me) aren't really represented by the pictures on your website.
