I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. Is there a worse holiday to miss than Mother's Day? I sailed right over it last year, and I suddenly noticed a palpable sheet of ice in my mother's voice over the phone ever since then. Thank you for helping my sister-in-law celebrate her 30th birthday in style.
