Sometimes it seems like my children have all left me for their better lives in other places. At least they find time to let me know they are doing OK. The reports were glowing. It wasn't just the normal "satisfaction" type customer comments. The people you call customers actually seem to feel like you're a part of their lives, which is very telling for a potential customer like me.
