I know you can't see it, but there's a big smile on my face because I finally got my father to break his long silence to my brother. My fiancee and his friends, for some odd reason, decided to take a cross-country trip to California and back. Thank you for helping this family make the transition to having a Jewish daughter. I recently started my conversion to Judaism after marrying into the faith. My family has not exactly been running up to congratulate me on my choice. They've been largely non-religious, but they celebrate Christmas like every other American family.
